1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.
(a) As to KRW 179,494,805 and KRW 126,443,642 among them, from April 17, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. On the basis of defendant 1: Judgment by means of deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act) against defendant 2: Judgment by means of service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
