1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 27, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

On February 25, 2016, the Plaintiff lent KRW 200,000,00 to the Defendant on February 26, 2017 due date for repayment, KRW 15% per annum for overdue interest to the Defendant on February 26, 2017. Since there is no dispute between the parties or it is recognized by the statement in Gap evidence No. 1-3, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff interest for delay calculated at the rate of 200,000,000 per annum from February 27, 2017 to the date of repayment.
