The purpose of this contract is to transfer the ownership of a ship owned by the ownership of "A" (Defendant) to "B" and to regulate the rights and duties related thereto.

4.It shall be sold in such a way that the radar/Rara dar/radar control tower to be installed on board a vessel is calculated separately, and paid to A and the equipment is maintained in whole.
