1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 as well as 30% per annum from April 2, 2012 to the day of full payment.
1. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence No. 1 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant on March 9, 2012 at the rate of 36% per annum on March 31, 2012.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 40 million won with the interest rate of 30% per annum, which is within the scope of the Interest Limitation Act, as agreed upon from April 2, 2012 to the date of full payment as the loan repayment amount of KRW 40,000,000 and after the due date.
2. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted for reasons.
