Defendant 1253 is a person who works in the position of the vice-chairperson in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Co., Ltd., and receives removal construction services by using the name of the said corporation and subcontracts such services to other companies.

Defendant,

1. Around March 18, 2010, the victim E engaged in the removal work at the above D office ordered the removal work of the FF district in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-do (hereinafter “instant project site development project”) from G, and the project will immediately proceed with the project to the President of E, with the scrap metal located at the site of the removal, if any;
