1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business with the trade name “I” in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H.
At around 22:30 on April 11, 2014, the Defendant received 4.5 million won from J and had a female employee under his/her name attend the above J and sexual intercourse, and around 05:30 on April 13, 2014, he/she received 1.50 million won from K and had a female employee under his/her name attend the above K and sexual intercourse, and around 16:0 on April 14, 2014, the Defendant paid 130,000 won from his/her male descendant under his/her name who found the above business place, and had a female employee C paid 1.3 million won from his/her male descendant under his/her name who found the above business place and had him/her talk with the above person under his/her name.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic more than three times.
2. Defendant B, Defendant D, and B: (a) around 22:30 on April 11, 201; (b) around 05:30 on April 13, 2014; and (c) around 16:0 on April 14, 2014, in order to assist Defendant A in committing the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc., by facilitating the crime by guiding male customers who find the said place of business to a room having female employees, etc.
3. Defendant C was working in the name of “L” at the above business establishment, while engaging in sexual intercourse with a male guest on his/her name and sexual intercourse at around 16:00 on April 14, 2014.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment on the trade name of “I” on the 5th floor of H building in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
On August 24, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant received 1.30,000 won from the name-free customers found in the above business establishment, and let female employees M (N) teach the above name-free and sexual intercourse. On August 25, 2014, the Defendant received 1.30,000 won from the name-free customers found in the above business establishment and received 1.30,000 won from the name-free customers and sexual intercourse with the above name-free and sexual intercourse.
