1. As to KRW 722,041,070 among the Plaintiff and KRW 722,00,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 732,041,070 from August 19, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Regulations are dismissed.
