1. The defendant shall pay 230,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 5, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, on June 24, 2016, the Plaintiff corrected the interest rate for delay damages for the purport of the claim to 20% per annum on the first date for pleading (based on recognition). [The ground for recognition] No. 1, No. 2-1, No. 2-4, and the purport of the whole pleadings.
