1. Ascertainment that the Plaintiff’s obligations to the Defendant amounted to KRW 5,012,669 and all relevant obligations have been discharged.

Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Claim as of July 4, 2016 against the Plaintiff: (i) September 26, 2013; (ii) the loan balance 4,978,239 won; (iii) the outstanding amount 34,430 won; and (iv) the accrued interest 2,851,719 won on the loan date.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
