1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B’s KRW 70,000,000 as well as 25% per annum from September 21, 2016 to February 7, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The interest rate under Article 2(1) of the Act on the Restriction of Interest on Part of the Time Limit (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 28413, Nov. 7, 2017) is 25% per annum, and the said provision is re-amended by 24% per annum on Nov. 7, 2017, and was enforced as of February 8, 2018, and the excess interest or delay damages claim is null and void.
