In addition, from 2007, the person who requested the attachment order and the person who requested the treatment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") had lived with the victim C (here and D) in living together with the mother of the victim.

The Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victims under the age of 13 over six times as follows.
