A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On October 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around December 12, 2019, the Daejeon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon: (b) reported on the “C cafeteria”; (c) on the side of the G cafeteria; (d) the head of the Daejeon District Police Station D Zone E affiliated with the Daejeon Police Station where the vehicle was called to the site after having received a report that “the vehicle is going to the parking lot; and (d) the Defendant informed the Defendant, who was diving on the driver’s seat, of the defect so as to get out of the vehicle to ensure safety, and (d) the above E, “I am to breathly drive the vehicle”, “I am to see whether I am to do so,” and “I am to am the above E’s body three closely sealed, and use it at one time to use it, and I am to am the body of the F son,” and “I am to do so. I am to the above zone.”
As a result, the Defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.
On October 31, 2019, the Defendant, around 12:15, 2019, driven an I Montreal car that is not mandatory insurance with approximately 0.143% alcohol concentration in the five-meter section before the H cafeteria located in Seo-gu Daejeon.
