The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 195,909,093 as well as KRW 160,000 among them, from May 1, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The facts without dispute, and the whole purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 can be acknowledged as identical to the facts in the annexed sheet. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 24% per annum from May 1, 2020 following the due date to the date of full payment with respect to the principal amount of KRW 195,909,093 and the principal amount of KRW 160,000,000 among the principal amount of the loan to the plaintiff.
