1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

From March 3, 2010 to March 12, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease term of KRW 6 million from March 13, 2010 to March 12, 2012 with regard to real estate stated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). Since the renewal of the instant lease agreement, C died on or around February 2015 and succeeded to C’s lessor status. The Plaintiff is obliged to terminate the instant lease agreement with the Defendant on the overdue basis that the Defendant delivered the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff. The Defendant is obliged to pay the remainder of KRW 1,783 million from the overdue rent to September 29, 2016 to the amount of KRW 300,000,000,000,000 from March 13, 2016 to 300,000,000 won, excluding the lease deposit, the remainder of KRW 1,381,2600,06.
