Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;
From around 14:25 on October 28, 201, the Defendant participated in the meeting of the “E” held in the Republic of Korea, which was held as a society of the Chief of the D Secretariat from around 14:25 to around 2,500. On the same day, the Defendant instigated the entry of the National Assembly by inducing approximately 2,50 persons from the Defendant’s and the demonstration group to occupy a four-lane road in front of the Hando Park Culture and Ethical City, and the number of persons from around 15:20 to around 10 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly’s office building to around 25:40, the Defendant participated in the meeting of the Republic of Korea from around 15:20 to around 10 meters in a straight line, and led to the Defendant’s participation in the meeting of the other participants, such as North Korea-U.S. and the other participants in the meeting from around 25:20 to the front of the National Assembly.
Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.
2. On October 28, 201, from around 15:20 to around 16:15 on October 28, 201, the Defendant conspired with approximately 2,500 demonstration teams, such as paragraph (1), to take up approximately 55 minutes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the northwest and the Eastwest of the National Assembly, thereby interfering with the traffic of the roads used for the traffic of the general public.
