The defendant is e-mail, and then, the victim C who operates the golf course manufacturing company in Indonesia and D, who is its partner, divides the method of payment through e-mail with the victim by changing the content of e-mail with the knowledge that the communication on the method of payment is divided.

On November 25, 201, the Defendant sent the above e-mail to the victim’s account of the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter “E-mail”) by changing the content of the e-mail to “a request to transfer the said e-mail price of the raw material of the golf course to the account of the National Bank of Korea,” and then sending the said e-mail to the above D by changing the content of the said e-mail to “a request to transfer the said raw material price to the account of G one bank account.”

However, in fact, e-mail that requests the transfer of raw material price to G's one bank account was sent to D by pretending that the defendant et al. was the victim.

Around November 25, 201, the Defendant received USD 20,000 from D to a single bank account under G name.

As a result, the defendant received the property of the victim in collusion with the person who was not injured in name.
