1. The summary of the facts charged and the victim B (the age of 39) are the relationship divorced around December 2013.
On September 23, 2016, around 00:43, the Defendant threatened the victim by way of transmitting the photograph of the kitchen gate to the cell phone of the victim using the Kakakao Stockholm Stockholm, on the ground that the victim talks another male, on September 23, 2016.
2. Determination
(a) A case which cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim (Article 283(3) of the Criminal Act);
