1. The defendant, in collusion with his name Buddhist persons, provided a place where the defendant establishes the Internet, and the name Buddhist persons applied for Internet service in the name of another person without permission and received profits from installing it at the place where the defendant provided the Internet.

A. On May 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) conspired with the influence of the name and the victim B to use a private document forgery and the above investigation document; (b) the Defendant filed an application for access to the Internet with LG U Co., Ltd. on May 28, 2014; and (c) the Defendant received a service application stating the name B, resident registration number D, address B, and address B C, etc. from the LG U service provider who was unable to know the name visited the residence for the said Internet establishment; and (d) signed the application form stating that “B” was “B” in the signature column of the applicant; and (e) delivered the service article without knowledge of the forged fact to the said service engineer as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, forged a service application form in the name of B, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and exercised it.

2) The Defendant, in collusion with the names infinites, submitted the aforementioned LG U U U U service application in collusion with the said LG U U U service provider as if it were the document duly formed, and the Defendant was aware that he was acting as if he were B, and had subscribed on the Internet, thereby paying the use fee.

The Defendant, in collusion with his name in order to induce LG U U U U U U service engineer, was using the Internet from June 2014 to September 2014, and did not pay the cost of telecommunications use equivalent to 1,562,630 won to the victim LG U U U U corporation, thereby taking economic benefits equivalent to that amount.
