A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 5, 2016, at around 02:18, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 2 km from the front of the Han-gu apartment in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the entrance intersection of the Koduk University located in 351, the first place of the Han-gu apartment in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the second place of the entrance of the Koduk University located in the same Gu.
Accordingly, the Defendant driven an automobile while under the influence of alcohol.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving of the said rocketing car.
The Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.088% on a temporary border, and operated the three-lane road in front of the entrance of the Induna University located in Seocho-ro 2, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, along two-lanes from the monthly, underground streets to the monthly two-lanes.
