Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative director of the company B, and the victim C is an insurance designer who belongs to the above company.
1. Around 15:14 on October 15, 2019, the Defendant sent a text message stating, “If the Defendant entered into a contract with the Kakao Kakao Stockholm Group on the basis of a mixture of insurance solicitors, etc. belonging to the said company, he/she would immediately manage it immediately, and if he/she entered into the contract with the C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C, and would have no money for his/her customers to the (b) and (c) C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C, but I C C C C C C C C C C.

The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Defamation) sent text messages to the Kakakao Kakao Stockholm Group on October 2019 that, at around 09:07, the location of which is unknown, the Defendant sent a text message to the said company’s insurance solicitor, etc. at the Kakao Kao Kao Kao Kaoo Kaothing Bank, and in particular, C sent a text message with the content that, “In particular, it shall be known and connected by the counsel within the country, if you have come to know about the body of the male body of the male in Japan,” and at around 07:26 on October 2019, the Defendant sent a text message using the same method, “C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C sssopa D 13 years of age and have a face obtained with a golf loan, and then sent it to a criminal subject to big surgery.”
However, in fact, the victim did not perform a sexual traffic in Japan or demanded a marriage to D, and there was no fact that he performed a sexual traffic with golf loans from him.
Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by divulging public false information through information and communication network with a view to slandering the victim.
