A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 01:40 on April 19, 2015, the Defendant reported to 112 the victim who tried to leave a taxi operated by the victim C (5 years of age) in front of the 203-dong guard room of the Pakistan-si B apartment 203 (5 years of age) without paying the fare. The Defendant reported to 112 on the victim, “I am at the end of the day”, “I am at the end of the day, I am at the face of the victim two times by infinite, I am at the end of the day, I am at the end of the day of the day, and

3. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at around 03:50 on April 19, 2015, when he/she was investigated into the criminal police station and the criminal 4 team office located in Pakistan-ro 140 on the ground of the following criminal facts: (a) under the influence of alcohol: (b) under the influence of alcohol, he/she was able to do so at the house so as to do so; and (c) under the influence of alcohol; (b) under the influence of alcohol, he/she was able to do so by the police; (c) under the large interest of “Iskh; (d) Iskhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh; and (d) after having requested a police officer to send it to a toilet, the Defendant was able to do so for about 2 hours from 06:0 hours from the time he/she attempted to do so.
