2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. From March 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019, the Plaintiff is a person who served as a principal of a middle school public invitation from March 1 to August 31, 2019.

B On July 3, 2018, a middle school published the “Implementation Plan for Employment of Small and Medium Enterprise Facilities Maintenance Workers (fixed-term Workers)” (hereinafter “instant First Employment Notice”) and its main contents are as follows:

1. Expected field and number of persons to be employed: One facilities maintenance personnel (as a key worker);

6. Passing decisions on the examination.

(a) First document screening: He/she shall determine as a successful applicant a person who has no more than the submitted documents;

(b) The second interview (comprehion) 1) the number of persons scheduled to be selected in order of high score braille shall be handled (Provided, That where there is no eligible person among applicants, the number of applicants may not be selected);

B. Five persons, including the Plaintiff and C, who were in the same relationship of the Plaintiff’s spouse in the first recruitment examination, received documents, and on July 11, 2018, three persons, including D, E, and assistant principal F, who were the chief executive officer of the second middle school, participated in the first recruitment examination (hereinafter “the first interview”). The first interview was conducted by four persons, including C, who were the successful applicants of document screening, and applied for the second recruitment examination. (c) On July 17, 2018, two middle schools received documents, different from C, with the same content as the first recruitment notice, and received documents. On July 19, 2018, the first interview was conducted by two persons, including D, E, and assistant principal F, who were the first interview members, but were the highest members of C and C, who participated in the interview. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 28680, Jul. 19, 2018>

C On October 20, 2018, after reviewing the conversion of inorganic contract positions, it was converted to a inorganic contract position, but retired on November 8, 2018.

B. The Office of Education of the Republic of Korea on November 13, 2018, through the National Examination of the People's Office of Education, "civil petition concerning inappropriate activities of B during the school".
