2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

On May 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on May 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of seven hundred thousand won for the same crime in the Jung-gu District Court Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on May 15, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of seven hundred thousand won or more for the same crime.

On December 31, 2017, the Defendant driven a car with B, under the influence of alcohol content of about 200 meters from around 22:59 to the front of the 2161 Water Resources Corporation, on a road where it is impossible to know about the king of Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si.
