【Criminal Facts】

Around 13:10 on May 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) ordered a miscarriage slurri while under the influence of alcohol; and (b) interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by failing to receive the delivery telephone from the said restaurant by going to approximately 20 minutes; and (c) interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, by failing to receive the delivery telephone from the said restaurant by going to approximately 10 minutes.

1. Damage to property;

A. On July 31, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant found drinking in the billiard room operated by the victim G (50 years of age) who was on the second floor of the F building in Ulleung-gun, U.S., the Defendant destroyed the Defendant’s damage by taking one head of the front door of the party room, where the victim had a horse dispute with other customers.

B. At around 23:15 on the same day as the above 1-A, the Defendant: (a) laid two in front of a horse operated by the victim I (n, 56 years of age) in Ulleung-gun H; (b) destroyed by gathering two influences in the market price, which was the victim’s possession.

2.
