Punishment of the crime
On July 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (an indecent act committed by a minor under the age of 13) in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch, and on May 23, 2016, on May 23, 2016, attached a location tracking device (hereinafter “electronic device”) with the location tracking device at the racing prison (hereinafter “electronic device between the period of attachment and the date of attachment”) (hereinafter “person subject to attachment”) on May 23, 2016 through May 22, 202).
On July 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a indecent act committed by a minor under the age of 13) in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch branch (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant shall take out the outside of his/her residence from 22:00 to 06:00 each day during the period of attachment of the electronic device”).
A. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the above matters to be observed by returning home at around 22:14 on the same day, without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant was limited to going home at around 22:00.
B. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the above rules by going out of the above Defendant’s residence without justifiable grounds and returning home at around 23:01 on the same day.

On July 1, 2016, the Defendant violated the above matters to be observed by returning home at around 22:05 on the same day without justifiable grounds, even though the departure was restricted by around 22:00 on July 1, 2016.
2. No person who has committed an act that may impair the utility of an electronic device shall separate the electronic device from his/her body at will, interfere with its propagation, alter data received or otherwise impair its utility during the period of attachment of the electronic device.
