Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On June 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a chip car at a section of about 20km from the front side of the Eup to the front side of the lux in the lux-si in the lux-si, from around 21:30 to the front side of the lux-si in the lux-si.
