Reasons

The gist of the defendant's appeal is that the punishment imposed by the court below (eight months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but the defendant's above assertion is not reasonable, in full view of various circumstances, including the fact that the amount of damage caused by the fraud in this case is large and not recovered until now, etc., which are the conditions for sentencing in this case.
