A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

1. Defendant A

A. A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or injury caused before the risk) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle of soflurd C.

On March 19, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.143% during the blood transfusion around 02:30 on March 19, 2016.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the injury to the victim B (28 years old) who was on the Defendant’s part of the foregoing occupational negligence, such as the pellet, etc. in need of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim E (the victim E (the 25 years old) in terms of influence, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment.

B. Defendant 1 was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.143% during the day-to-day alcohol level on the same day as the above paragraph, and Defendant 2 driven a vehicle of approximately 5 km-to-day from the opening of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul-si”), to the front road of the 246 subsidiary, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si (Seoul-si).
