1. The defendant shall pay 500,000,000 won to the plaintiff jointly with limited liability companies B, C, and D.

1. According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment on the cause of the claim, the Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (the Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd.: hereinafter “Promotion Savings Bank”) concluded a credit transaction agreement with a limited liability company on November 27, 2001, with 13% per annum, 22% per annum, 22% per annum, and 80,000,000 won per annum, and borrowed 13% per annum, 22% per annum, 22% per annum, 300, 200, 200, and 300, 205, and 36% per annum, and 1,100,000,000 won to B Co., Ltd., Ltd. (the “Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd.”), the Defendant, C, and D Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central Savings Bank Co., Ltd. on November 27, 2001.
According to the above facts, the defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 500,000,000,000 to the plaintiff among KRW 1,000,08,081 to the plaintiff with limited liability companies B, C, and D.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by admitting the plaintiff's claim on the ground that it is reasonable.
