1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,304,645 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the defendant during the period from June 16, 2014 to July 31, 2015, who was employed by the defendant and worked as a counter-public official in Category C operated by the defendant, and the defendant does not pay to the plaintiff 31,304,645 won in total of wages and retirement allowances from October to July 2014, to July 2015. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 31,304,645 won in total of wages and retirement allowances, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Labor Standards Act from August 15, 2015 to the date of full payment.
