On February 13, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court on February 13, 2005, and three years for imprisonment for the same crime at the Gwangju High Court on October 1, 2009, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on May 21, 2012, and five times more.

1. Cases of 2013 Highest 598

A. A. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft of cash and articles worth KRW 551,000, both of three times habitually, as follows.

1) On November 4, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a locking door and opened it in hand; (b) cut off cash of KRW 145,00,00 in Samsung C, which was the victim’s lapsy, and at the Kabter’s depository, owned by the Defendant, at around November 20, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant fell under the “H” restaurant of the victim G operation in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; (c) cut down the door door of the restaurant with the victim’s cash of KRW 28,00,00, which was owned by the Defendant, in the Kabter’s credit cooperative, having a chrokeing door, and having it cut off with the victim’s cash of KRW 28,00.

3) On November 21, 2013, at around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) opened a favorable window behind a restaurant and opened a cash of KRW 78,000 on the part of the victim’s bank located in the Department of Mine in Gwangju, and (b) stolen the Defendant, taking off, around November 8, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant was to receive KRW 2 million from the victim’s “N” in the “N in the operation of the victim’s M,” and was engaged in the delivery of food and the collection of money, while working as the delivery employee.

At around 16:05 on the same day, the Defendant had a food cost of KRW 180,000, which was kept in custody for the victim in the vicinity of the above restaurant, and around that time the said money was under the name of the Defendant’s living cost.
