The defendant is a person driving a B-Adidi vehicle.
Around 05:00 on August 12, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 20km from the 0.079% alcohol level to the point of 90.4 km on the Honam Highway, Namnam Highway, where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.079%.
