1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a taxi transportation business entity under the Passenger Transport Service Act.
During the period from October 28, 2016 to August 12, 2018, taxi drivers employed by the Plaintiff were subject to imposition of administrative fines, etc. under the Act on the Development of Taxi Transportation Business (hereinafter “Tax Development Act”) on the date of each disposition by 23 times in total, by failing to take passengers or letting passengers get off on board without justifiable grounds.
