On April 23, 2013, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a Bio car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.122% from around 45.2 km in Young-dong Incheon Highway in Young-dong, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, Cheongdong-si, to a point of about 140 km from the roads in front of a permanent restaurant near permanent residence.
