A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 10, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Entry of Multitude Space for Sexual Purpose) into an outdoor female toilet located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, for a total of 12 times in the same manner as written in the list of crimes, the Defendant intruded into the above toilet with a total of 12 times from the above date to March 14, 2020.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on toilets for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.
2. No person shall photograph the body of a person against the will of the person subject to photographing, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;
Nevertheless, at around 12:30 on March 14, 2020, the Defendant, in the toilets described in the above Paragraph (1) of the same Article, had a mind that the victim would see the melting side of the victim. The Defendant intruded into the above toilets, such as Paragraph (1) of the same Article, and taken the body of the victim, such as the body of the body of the victim, by using the gap of partitions at the bottom from the side side of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against the victim's will.
