1. On September 8, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit of KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 300,00 (payment on February 30, 201), with respect to a house of 134.43 square meters on the so-called Slock C and Slive Shelf in the Slive Shelf in the relevant city, and the said building was handed over to the Defendant, but the Defendant did not pay the rent from February 2, 2016.
Since the above lease contract was terminated by the plaintiff's termination notification based on the rent delay for at least two years, the plaintiff sought a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to KRW 300,000 from March 30, 2016 to the delivery date of the above building.
