1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached Form to the plaintiff, and each month from August 5, 2018 to the above delivery date.

Reasons

1. Claim on March 5, 2018: (a) a portion of KRW 100,00,000,000,000 and the period from August 2018 to the delivery date; (b) a claim for the return of overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent due to the termination on at least two occasions of a lease agreement (a security deposit of KRW 2 million, monthly rent of KRW 700,00,00) dated March 5, 2018; (c) a claim for the return of overdue rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent, which was filed on the grounds of the termination on the grounds of the termination on the basis of at least two occasions (the notice by the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint), and a claim for the period from July 2018 to the delivery date (only in lieu of the deduction from the deposit).
