The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) prepared and printed out “A” and “D” using a computer at the location of the office in Echeon-si; and (b) recorded the above part in E Ethn-to-land registration certificate under the name of the head of Seocheon-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is kept in the said office; and (c) added the parts indicated in “A” and “D”, respectively, on the part indicated in the “F” registration number column of residents (corporate) registration number column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant has forged one registration certificate in the name of the head of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is an official document.
