1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 92,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 19, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for an agreed amount of KRW 92,80,000,000 in total, as of January 15, 2004, the Defendant’s promise to repay to the Plaintiff on January 15, 2004 (as of January 29, 2003, the loan amount of KRW 34,50,000 as of February 12, 2003, and the loan amount of KRW 28,00,000 as of March 21, 200, shall be repaid until February 10, 2006).
