2. Larceny;

A. On January 15, 2017, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 150,000 from the cash withdrawal period managed by the Victim Red Credit Cooperatives established in Hongsan-ro 39, Hongsan-ro, Hongsan-ro, Hongsan-ro, Hongnam-gun, Hongnam-do, and subsequently stolen KRW 150,00 in cash with the FNH physical fitness card.

3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On January 14, 2017, at the above H convenience store around 03:38, the Defendant presented the FNH physical fitness card to the employees of the FNH convenience store as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder, and the Defendant was issued 1 bit of tobacco equivalent to the market value of KRW 45,000 per annum from the above employees, and used the stolen debit card.

B. On January 14, 2017, the Defendant 03:43, at the J (K) located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-nam, the Defendant’s NH fitness card, as set forth in paragraph 2(a).
