A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. On December 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was promised to receive KRW 1,500,000 in return for lending the passbook in the name of the Defendant from the person in default of his/her name from the building parking lot in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; and (b) opened the check card and password connected to the bank account in the name of the Defendant to the Kwiksetset Service Articles who sent the said name to the said person.
Accordingly, the defendant lent the access media in return for the promise of compensation.
