1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

Reasons

1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance as to this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following addition to the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this is accepted in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420

(A) In the first instance court, the Plaintiff is basically repeating the same argument in the first instance court. Considering the allegations and reasons that the Plaintiff partly supplemented in the first instance court, even if examining the result of the request for the examination of the medical records to the head of the East Asia University Hospital in this court, the first instance court’s judgment is justifiable. [Supplementary parts] Part 5 of the first instance court’s judgment is added to the following parts:

“The results of this Court’s request for the examination of medical records for the department of occupation and environment – the definition of acute heart funeral and the cause of normal outbreak mean that the death of an acute heart funeral occurred in a state that was unexpectedly unexpectedly, and the World Health Organization defines the death of a patient within 24 hours after the symptoms of the disease began. However, clinically defines the death of a patient that was unexpectedly caused without any symptoms or condition that could cause death within one hour.

- The cause of the most shaking of acute funeral services is an ornamental beer disease.

Because of some kinds of daily functions, the structural malfunction such as the ornamental beer disease has been changed to unstable state, so the heart fluence has occurred.

According to the epidemological research results on the cardio-psying death, age, male, and the family history of the ornamental beer disease, the increase of the call roll, high blood pressure, smoking, and urology, etc. are operating as dangerous factors. This is the same as the risk factors of the ornamental beer disease.

Overwork or stress presented as a work factor is likely to serve as a low-income factor and an induced factor.
