Punishment of the crime
On June 4, 2013, the Defendant purchased one boarding car at the New Embry Sales Agency at the New Embry Sales Agency at Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 321, Changwon-si, 321, and received a installment loan from Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. on the condition that the balance KRW 11,60,000 per month shall be paid for KRW 280,476 each month for KRW 11,60,000.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the above installment.
Under the above conditions, the Defendant purchased a vehicle with an installment loan, and did not pay the installment, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
