1. The defendant shall pay 37,780,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 5, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on August 18, 2010, lent KRW 37,780,00 to the Defendant. As such, the Plaintiff sought the return of the loan to the Defendant and the payment of damages for delay from the date of delivery of the copy of the instant complaint. 2.
