B. 1) Land division and ownership preservation registration 17) C was real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached Table, following the change of administrative district and conversion of area into unit, and the defendant completed registration of ownership preservation as to the above real estate by the Jung-gu District Court No. 16421, Dec. 16, 1996. 2) The defendant completed registration of ownership preservation after the division of 406 square meters prior to D.

The defendant completed the registration of ownership preservation in accordance with the receipt No. 5449 on July 27, 1979 with respect to each real estate listed in the attached list No. 2 through 4.

3) O which was residing in Pyeongtaek-si Bri shall not have one of the main O in P. [based on recognition] Gap 1, 4 through 7, 15 through 24, 26, 27, Eul 7 through 11, each entry including the number, the inquiry results of Q pages, and the purport of the entire pleadings.
