On December 18, 2018, the respondent's disposition to revoke the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises and to restrict the acquisition of eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process (four months) by the applicant shall suspend its effect until the 14th day after this Court sentenced the revocation of qualification to participate in competitive tendering process and the revocation of disposition to restrict the acquisition of eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process.
The same shall apply to the order.
According to the supporting documents submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to suspend the validity of the above disposition in order to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant caused by the disposition as stated in the text, and there is no other evidence that the suspension of the validity of the above disposition may seriously affect public
Therefore, the instant application is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition by citing it. January 10, 2019
