1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from April 30, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Of the partial damages for delay, the part seeking payment of the amount calculated by applying 12% per annum pursuant to the amended provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. as the interest rate from May 21, 2019 to the date of full payment after June 1, 2019 is recognized. The excess portion is dismissed.
