[Criminal history] On December 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on October 3, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant committed an act as if he had collected houses, and committed a theft of property by entering a brokerage office or an office where the principal is absent.

1. On February 20, 2017, from around 12:48 to 12:51, the Defendant made a false statement that he/she wants to gather C real estate intermediaries to D, and upon his/her introduction, entered the house of Victim E 401 in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu, and intrudes into the house of Victim E 401 in the absence of the victim, and by using an opportunity for supervision of D above, he/she stolen with property equivalent to KRW 14K-1,50,00 in the market value of the victim, who is the victim on the small cremation room, at the expense of KRW 2,50,000 in the market value of KRW 10,00,000 in the market value, two gold half of the market value of KRW 100,000 in the market value, and 1,000 in the entrance,

2. On March 11, 2017, the Defendant had sought a house from around 10:10 to around 10:30, to the I real estate office operated by the Victim H in Ansan-gu Manyang-si G in Ansan-gu, Ansan-do.

The victim took advantage of the opportunity in absence of locking the victim's 40,000 won in cash, resident registration certificates, and card 300,000 won in the market price.

3. On April 4, 2017, from around 11:59 to around 12:00, the Defendant made a false statement that he/she wants to gather to K as a J real estate intermediary, and upon his/her introduction, entered the house of the victim M of the L, 203 in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul, and intrudes into the house of the victim, and the victim is absent, using an opportunity to neglect the supervision of K, the Defendant stolen two gold-halfs of the market price equivalent to one million won at the market price, which is the victim who is the victim of the inside bank.

4. On May 17, 2017, the Defendant’s false statement that he/she seeks a house from around 11:05 to around 11:17 to the N real estate intermediary, and his/her introduction into the house of the victim Q Q of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (101) and the victim is absent.
