The Defendant, on April 23, 2001, became a business employee in the victim Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”) and works as the E-branch of the victim Co., Ltd. from January 1, 2015.

1. From June 11, 2014 to June 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) an account (Account Number: G) with a new bank account in the name of the Defendant at the E branch of the Victim Company E located in Daegu F from customers of the Victim Company to the name of the Defendant at the E branch of the Victim Company E located in Daegu F.

1. The following items are paragraphs (a) through (c) of this Article while receiving a total sum of KRW 936,403,550 from the purchase price of the goods and keeping it for the victim company.

For the same reasons, 227,673,875 won was arbitrarily consumed and embezzled.

A. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant arbitrarily used for entertainment expenses, and embezzled KRW 52,180,000,000, out of the amount of goods of the victim company’s goods kept in the said new bank account at will, as well as arbitrarily transferring the amount of KRW 1,00,00 to H who arbitrarily conducts drinking house under the influence of drinking value, from that time until June 9, 2016.

B. On June 11, 2014, the Defendant arbitrarily used for the purpose of borrowing money, and embezzled KRW 360,000,000, out of the amount of goods of the victim company’s goods kept in the said new bank account, to I at will, from which he/she arbitrarily transferred it to I for the purpose of use, and then embezzled KRW 35,493,875, as indicated in the list of crimes, from June 15, 2016 to June 15, 2016.

The embezzlement Defendant, using at will as a horse expenses, arbitrarily, uses the amount of KRW 1,00,000, out of the amount of goods of a victim company in his/her business custody in the above new bank account on June 14, 2014, as the price of goods of the victim company in his/her business, was arbitrarily consumed at the Busan Gyeongnam Park in 929 Busan as the price of the goods of the victim company, and was from that time until March 5, 2016.
