1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with C to the plaintiff KRW 50,000,00 and the period from December 13, 2008 to May 9, 2017.
Reasons
1. On December 13, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 50,000,000 to C on December 13, 2009 at the maturity of payment on December 13, 2009 and the rate of three percent per month. The Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the money as stated in the text to the plaintiff.
